Robyn Tong, MS, PA-C
Robyn Tong is a board-certified physician assistant who graduated with a Master’s Degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. She is a Chicago transplant who grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. Robyn received her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University.
Robyn is passionate about dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Robyn spent two clinical rotations in Plastic Surgery while at Midwestern University. Robyn continued her training in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic lasers with world-renowned facial plastic surgeon, professor and researcher Dr. Steven Dayan, MD, FACS. She specializes in subliminal aesthetics, using technique resulting in natural improvements. Hair loss/thinning, acne scarring, and hyperpigmentation are two of her favorite conditions to treat. She strives to have all her patients leave the office feeling they’ve been well taken care of by delivering quality care, individualized to their personal needs.

Kelcy Bai, MS, PA-C
Kelcy Bai is a NCCPA certified physician assistant. Originally from St. Louis, MO, Kelcy received her Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Missouri, earning highest honors in biological and health sciences. She then completed her physician assistant training at Northwestern University where she rotated in plastic surgery, dermatology, and otolaryngology. Kelcy has over 6 years of patient care experience. Prior to working at SDMD, she worked as a patient care technician in orthopedic surgery, general surgery, and long term acute care.
Kelcy always puts her patient’s comfort first. Her favorite part of her job is developing relationships with patients and customizing each patient’s care plan to work towards his or her personal aesthetic goals. She is passionate about using a multifaceted approach by incorporating a home skin care regimen, injectables, and laser treatments to emphasize that subtle changes can make a dramatic improvement over time. When she is not providing patient care, she enjoys dancing and gymnastics.
Lori is a Chicago native who studied business at DePaul University. Combining her degree and love for aesthetics, she has spent eight years delivering exceptional care and communication to patients through their surgical experience.
She will be the first person that you meet with when coming in for a surgical or non-surgical consult and will continue to be by your side throughout your surgical or non-surgical procedure. She is the go-to person for any questions you may have leading up to your consult, before surgery or in office procedure and during your recovery. “I love what I do because I build relationships with all of my patients, it starts when they enter our doors but lasts a lifetime. I love seeing patients overcome with happiness because of what we do here, it’s a special job!”

Otto J. Placik, MD, FACS
Dr. Placik is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and he is an active member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons. After completing his doctorate at Northwestern University School of Medicine and his fellowship at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago in the cosmetic reconstruction of complex nasal and facial abnormalities, Dr. Placik continued on to specialize in plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures including breast augmentation, liposuction, and tummy tuck. He also completed an additional fellowship in microvascular and hand surgery at Davies Medical Center. In addition to his hospital appointments at the Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights and Evanston Healthcare—Glenbrook and Evanston Campuses, Dr. Placik works with the Chicago Center for Facial Plastic Surgery.
